During a street takeover near Grant Park in #Chicago, a car deliberately struck a responding Chicago Police Department vehicle head-on and pushed it backward while onlookers cheered. A man threw an object at the car, jumped on the hood, and struck the windshield. All occupants of the car were subsequently arrested.
