California Highway Patrol chases dirt bike rider through South LA and Compton who appears to live stream the pursuit. Yesterday, a man known as Jay Heartless was being pulled over by California Highway Patrol for speeding on a dirt bike when he fled, leading officers on a high-speed pursuit through South Los Angeles and Compton. Heartless allegedly live-streamed the pursuit while ignoring traffic laws, running red lights and stop signs. After stopping, Heartless laid on the ground and was taken into custody as bystanders watched.
